Changes and significance of CysC,S100B,NSE and biochemical indexes in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with viral encephalitis caused by enteroviruses 71

Objective To observe the change of CysC,S100 B,NSE and biochemical indexes in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with viral encephalitis caused by enteroviruses 71,andprovide not only theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of EV71 encephalitis but also prognostic evaluation. Methods Collected cerebrospinal fluid of 41 cases HFMD patients with viral encephalitis caused by enteroviruses 71 and 32 cases children patients encephalitis caused by other virus and 22 cases children patients with infection of non the central nervous system. To analyze the levels of CysC,biochemical indexes、NSE in cerebrospinal fluid. The date was statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results Compared with the control group,the level of CysC were reduced( P 0. 05),and the levels of S100 B,NSE were increased( P 0. 05) in the cerebrospinal fluid of other viral encephalitis and EV71 encephalitis group fluid in acute stage. Compared with the acute stage of other viral encephalitis group,the level of CysC were reduced( P 0. 05) in the acute stage of EV71 encephalitis group. Compared with the acute stage of EV71 encephalitis group,the level of CysC were reduced( P 0. 05),and the levels of S100 B,NSE were increased( P 0. 05) in the convalescence of EV71 encephalitis group. Conclusion To observe the dynamic change of CysC,S100 B and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with viral encephalitis caused by enteroviruses 71,which not only can provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of EV71 encephalitis but also has great assessment of prognosis significance.
