Effects of Qing Yi decoction on the level of serum-6,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in patients with acute pancreatitis and curative effect observation

Objective: To discuss influence and curative effect observation of Qingyi Decoction on serum interleukin-6( IL-6),interleukin-10( IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) levels of patients with acute pancreatitis( AP).Methods: 94 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis( AP) were selected and divided into Qingyi Decoction group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given western symptomatic treatment. The patients in Qingyi Decoction group were additionally given 100 ml Qingyi Decoction,which was poured through stomach tube,clamped for 2hours once a day. The changes of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α and AMS levels of patients in two groups before and 7 days after medical treatment were observed,and curative effect observation was carried on as well. Results: After 7 days' medical treatment,serum IL-6,TNF-α and AMS levels of patients in two groups obviously declined than before,while serum IL-10 level obviously rose than before,and the declining or rising rate in Qingyi Decoction group were much higher than those in control group. Meanwhile,total clinical efficiency of patients in Qingyi Decoction group( 95. 74%) was much higher than that in control group( 80. 85%). Conclusion: Qingyi Decoction has reliable curative effect on AP,whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels,improving serum IL-10 level,then reducing acute inflammatory reaction,AMS level of patients with AP.
