Quality study of SPIO colloid solution

OBJECTIVE To study the possibility of home-made SPIO colloid solution use as MRI contrast.METHODS Pa- rameters of home-made SPIO colloid solution were determined using TEM、XRD and LLS.RESULTS The homemade SPIO colloid solution exhibited nanometer particle diameter、excellent stability、magnetic respond and superparamagnetic.CONCLU- SION The home-made SPIO colloid solution can be used as MRI contrast.
