摘要
A new type of post insulator which filled with polyurethane is introduced in this paper. At present, this kind of insulator is used in ±800kV HVDC transmission project. The new formulation and hydrophobicity of polyurethane used in post insulator are studied in this paper, which providing important theoretical basis for the design of polyurethane used in post insulator, laying an significant foundation for the safe and stable operation of UHVDC transmission projects, and providing an magnitude guarantee for the safe and efficient construction of the global energy Internet. To improve the reliability and insulating property of the post insulator used for DC transmission, a novel ameliorative formulation which could be used for post insulators was proposed. The present accidents often lead to the carbide channel, which is related to pore size, pore distribution uniformity and static contact angle of polyurethane foam (PUF). The formula which can reduce the pore size of rigid polyurethane foam and enhance pore uniformity is exploring. By studying different proportions of raw materials and Nano fillers, a proper ratio of ingredients to form foaming samples was found and the samples were detected by light microscope, SEM and contact angle goniometer.
