Red Emission LaMoBO[sub 6]:Eu[sup 3+] Phosphor for Near-UV White Light-Emitting Diodes

Red emission phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction, and their photoluminescence properties were investigated for the first time. The results indicate that phosphors have many advantages, such as lower synthesis temperature, strong absorption in the near-UV region, and excellent chromaticity coordinates. phosphors are promising candidates for phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes.
