Personal Transformations During Group-Analytic Training: The Rôle of the Large Group

This paper describes how a Large Group functions in a block weekend Group-analytic training course through the phases of Introductory, Advanced and Diploma years. The author suggests that the Large Group is strategically placed in such a course to assist with the integration of complex personal changes occurring in the course events, culminating in the professional identity of the group analyst.
