Smart Supply Chain: An Overview of Key Benefits and Challenges

The fourth industrial revolution “industry4.0” influenced all disciplines especially the supply chain. Different searchers and organizations aim to ensure the transformation of the traditional supply chain to Smart Supply Chain (SCM). This paper highlights the benefits of Smart Supply Chain and the challenges to investigate in order to ensure success in the transformation. As a result, we conduct that the challenge stems from the complexity and interaction between members of the supply chain.
