The dependence of coercivity for Nd(Fe,Co)B bonded magnets made from HDDR anisotropic powders on the alignment magnetic field is studied. The experiments express that applying an alignment magnetic field while the powders are bonded, both remanence and coercivity of the magnet are increased in different degrees with strengthening alignment field. The demagnetization process of the magnet can be classified as the nucleaiton process inside the grains and the domain-wall displacement between the grains. The coercivity of the magnet should be determined by the collective effects of two processes.
