OBSERVATION ON GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF COMPOUND DISINFECTANT OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE

Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant with sodium hypochlorite as the main ingredient. Results: The killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L for 20 min were 100%. pH value had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy.
