摘要
OBJECTIVE To study the dynamic variation of chemical constituents in related of Liuchen( Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Pinelliae,Fructus Aurantii Submaturus,Herba Ephedrae Sinicae,Radix Euphorbiae Ficherianae,Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae),and to provide reference for their collection,process,storage and application of these material medica. METHODS Adopting the design of acceleration experiment,take sample at regular intervals,measure the content of effective ingredients with HPLC method. According to Chemical kinetics( Arrhenius for mula),convert the storage time in condition of acceleration experiment to the normal time in ambiance. RESULTS Under the condition of acceleration experiment,it shows that the content of the effective ingredient in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae reaches extreme value when it comes to 3 months, the chromone of Radix Euphorbiae Ficherianae achieves maximum when it comes to about 2 months. The content of effective ingredient in Rhizoma Pinelliae shows the trend of descending in the whole. The content of effective ingredient in Fructus Aurantii Submaturus gets a small elevation on the second month,then descends rapidly,and becomes hardly to be measured when it comes to 3 months. The effective of ingredient content in Herba Ephedrae Sinicae takes on a sharp decline,and reaches minimum when it comes to 4 months,then ascends slowly during 5 and 6 months. CONCLUSION This study provides conclusion for the storage time of most Chinese medicine of Liuchen,and it is useful to guide the collection,storage of these material medica and so on.
