Clinical Analysis of Nonoperative Management of 26 Cases of Close Liver Injury

Objective To study the method, result and Indication of nonoperative management of close liver injury. Methods 26 cases with close liver injury were nonoperatively treated: observing the change of illness constantly, strengthening clinical monitor, rest and fasting, intravenous hydration, blood transfusion, nutritional support. Results 26 cases with close liver injury were all cured, 24 cases using nonoperative treatment, 2 cases converting operation. Conclusion Paying attention to the choice of indication, nonoperative treatment of close liver injury is effictive.
