摘要
The absorption spectrum of a thin K2CuCl3 film was studied in the spectral region of 2–6 eV and the temperature range of 90–333 K. The analysis of the spectrum revealed the cationic nature of excitons in the K2CuCl3 compound. The exciton spectrum of K2CuCl3 is interpreted based on transitions in the Cu+ ion. The one-dimensional character of excitons in K2CuCl3 is determined from the temperature dependence of the broadening of the Г(T) intense long-wave exciton band A.
