Finally, we highlight the frontier of MOF-HOF heterostructures, envisioning a dual logic-gated (AND-gate) delivery model. This architecture synergizes chemical robustness with mechanical intelligence, challenging the field to overcome the formidable spatiotemporal barriers of deep-tissue biological delivery.
