Thermophysical, Electrical, and Optical Properties of Selected Metal-Nonmetal Transition Materials: Comprehensive Bibliography with Typical Data.

This report presents a comprehensive bibliography on twelve thermophysical, electrical, and optical properties of twelve selected priority metal-nonmetal transition materials. Typical data on each property of each of the twelve materials are provided, if available. The nature of the metal-nonmetal transitions in the twelve materials and their transition temperatures and pressures are summarized. (Author)
