Lotus effect is familiar phenomenon which the lotus leaf shows the superhydrophobicity. The superhydrophobic surface is widely studied in order to improve the antifouling surface. In this study, we focused on the surface pattern to improve the antifouling property. Generally, the leaf of taro shows superhydrophobicity as well as the leaf of lotus. However, the pattern of taro leaf is different from the lotus leaf. Then, we fabricated the two types of patterns as taro and lotus leaves by the photolithography process, and compared the water-repellent and oil-repellent. In addition, we compared the wear property on the surfaces with types of patterns.
