An ethyl cyanoacetate based turn-on fluorescent probe for hydrazine and its bio-imaging and environmental applications

A new probe N-N2H4 was synthesized with ethyl cyanoacetate as the recognition site for detecting hydrazine (N₂H₄). The probe is expected to be employed to detect N₂H₄ in biosamples and environmental pollution.
