摘要
The corrosion rates of 45~# carbon steel,1Cr18Ni9Ti,304 stainless steel, and Ni-P alloy coatings in sulfer-bearing solution were studied by gravimetric method.Microcosmic corrosion morphologies of these materials were investigated using field emission scanning electronic microscope(JSM-6700F).Experimental results showed that the corrosion rates of 45 carbon steel are higher than the other three kinds of materials,Ni-P alloy coatings,1Cr18Ni9Ti,and 304 stainless steel are corrosion resistant materials in sulfur-bearing solution. With an increase in S~(2-) content and temprature rising, corrosion rate increases,in 80℃,S~(2-) concentration is 2.5%,and the rate of Ni-P alloy coating corrosion is the maximum, only with 0.004 56 mg· m~(-2)·h~(-1).Micro-corrosion morphological observation indicates that large area corrosion grooves appear on the surface of 45 carbon steel, corrosion pittings distribute on the surface of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 304 stainless steel, and uniform corrosion occurs on the Ni-P alloy coating macroscopically.
