Synthesis and Characterization of Amino Acid Salicylaldehyde Schiff Bases of 1,4-Bis(o-benzenmethyl)-1,4-butyldioxide

The amino acid salicylaldehyde Schiff bases of 1,4-bis(o-benzenmethyl)-1,4-butyldioxide have been synthesized by reaction of salicylaldehyde and 1,4-dibromobutane as raw materials and DMF as solvent.The Schiff base compounds were characterized by IR and 1HNMR.And the effects of pH value and solvent on synthesis were investigated.
