Study on Scratch Properties of Hard Coatings for Pet Film

Different functionality of polyurethane acrylates oligomers and active monomers were selected to prepare UV-curable coatings suitable for PET films.It shows that every performance,such as adherence,hardness,flexibility and scratch rssistance were influenced by double bond density(functionality)of coatings constitute.
