EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION OF EFFECT OF COMMON PATHOGENS ON GROWTH AND MORPHOLOGY OF YERSINIA PESTIS

[Objective]To observe the effect of several common pathogenic bacteria on growth and morphology of Yersinia pestis.[Methods]Selected five kinds of bacteria and Yersinia pestis,and cultured in different media and placed 28℃ incubator to foster after 24h,observed the growth and characteristics of colony.[Results]The results showed that the effects of various strains in different media on the growth and forms of Yersinia pestis were different.[Conclusion]Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,enterocolitis bacteria,Yersinia pseudotuberculosis inhibit the growth of Yersinia pestis,and A streptococcus group stimulate the growth of Yersinia pestis.
