Based on Solid Phase Microextraction the GC Method for the Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Water

Take a new type of solid phase microextraction device with thermal desorption/gas chromatography technique,determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(mainly trace amounts of naphthalene,biphenyl,and the Philippines).The experimental optimum extraction time was 90 min,desorption time was the best 5 min.The recoveries in between 68.2%～112.2%,the lowest detection limits in the 2.0～3.0 μg/L,water quality of drinking water sources were tested.
