Study of Filler Brazing Diamond

Based on the research of key problems in diamond brazing,technology feature about diamond in pellets and in films is discussed.The filler's advantages in diamond brazing is analyzed,the result shows: Ni-Cr is fit for brazing diamond abrasive,which could be used to make diamond instruments;Ag-Cu-Ti is fit for brazing diamond film,which could be used to make diamond cutting tools.
