Reflections on Construction of Laboratory Technician Teams in Newly-found Universities

This paper first analyzed the problems in the construction of laboratory technician teams in newly-found universities,based on which,the necessity and possibility of the construction of technology-oriented laboratory technician teams were discussed,from the perspective of job description.It,then,elaborated on the connotation of the construction of laboratory technician teams.Finally,it discussed the specific ways to strengthen the construction of technology-oriented laboratory technician teams so as to meet the requirements for the cultivation of application-oriented graduates in the future.
