A COUPLE OF ISSUES WORTH OF ATTENTION CONCERNING THE RISK OF OVERSEAS PETROLEUM EXPLORATION SEEN FROM THE OPERATION OF AN EXPLORATION PROJECT IN MIDDLE EAST

Since the 1990s,rapid development of economy in our country has triggered abrupt growth in petroleum consumption.To ensure the petroleum safety of the country,the three major petroleum companies of China have made great efforts to develop overseas petroleum market and obtained initial results.Starting from a risk exploration project for petroleum in a country with such resources in Middle East, this paper analyzed the issues and difficulties Chinese companies faced in the area,and then put out solution suggestions against them mainly from the level of state as to promote and ensure overseas risk exploration business developing in a continuous and benign way.
