NI-DAQ can be applied to data acquisition and C# can be used to create custom UI,the key to combine them together is to realize communications between them.A method is provided for a NI DAQ to control a vehicle vibration test rig in C# environment,two ways are mainly offered to manipulate NI USB-6363 DAQ to get data from physical model,and a GUI program which is also built in C# is given to perform certain tasks including data acquisition and failure monitoring.Compared with results gained from Lab VIEW software,the accuracy and efficiency of C# program is proved,thus,creative ideas is also provided to realize data acquisition.
