Evaluation for Warship Satellite Communication System

The effectiveness of warship satellite communication system in complex electromagnetic environment is not only determined by the technical of the system itself, but also depends on the ability of communication commanders and operators. When constructing the evaluation index system, this paper brings the organization and command ability, emergency response ability, communication skills and operation ability of communication commanders and operators into the index system for the first time. Efficiency analysis is carried out by applying gray integrated evaluation means. Model construction is proved to be incredible and available, which provides a new idea for communication system effectiveness evaluation.
