摘要
Based on the working process of the pixel circuit and the parasitic capacitance coupling effect, this paper analyzes and studies the mechanism of inadequate Vth compensation of pixel circuit (7T1C or 8T1C LTPO or LTPS). Through theory and simulation, the optimization scheme of output design is verified, and the verification is implemented. The Vth compensation capability of the pixel circuit is improved, and the image sticking (IS) improvement effect is obvious.
