Regioselective Tungsten-Catalyzed Decarboxylative Amination of Allylic Alcohols with Isocyanates

Under the catalysis of tungsten, allylic carbamates, which are generated in situ from allylic alcohols and isocyanates, can afford branched allylic amines in moderate to good yields with excellent regioselectivities.
