The randomization process occurs as follows: those interested in participating that have already gone through the screening process are assigned a number and, based on dice rolling or random number generators available online (e.g. the one offered by Google.com), half are chosen to join the study's control group. The intervention is to promote mental health, based on cognitive‐behavioral therapy, positive psychology, Mindfulness and assertiveness training. Experimental and control groups will have 12 people each, totaling 24 participants. Eligibility criteria includes 18 year‐olds or older, undergraduate students from a Brazilian institution that do not present: psychotic symptoms, suicidal or self‐harming behaviors or ideations, and substance abuse. The control group is of the waiting list variety. |
