| 其它 | Introduction Breast cancer survivors (BCS) often experience side effects and symptoms post‐treatment which can increase symptom burden and affect quality of life (QOL). Objectives This study aimed to develop a mobile‐based symptom management program for BCS, and determine its feasibility and preliminary effects on symptom burden, psychological distress and QOL. Methods Female BCS aged 21 or above diagnosed with breast cancer between stage 0‐III and had completed treatment within five years were recruited. Phase one used individual qualitative interviews to explore the needs, perceptions and preferences for symptom management. Phase two was a pilot, randomized controlled trial to determine the preliminary intervention effects on symptom burden, psychological distress and QOL. Results Nine participants participated in phase one. |
