摘要
Alkyne hydrosilylation is one of the most straightforward strategies for the synthesis of vinylsilanes, which have found extensive applications in synthetic chemistry. However, the regio- and enantioselective hydrosilylation of prochiral dihydrosilanes with unsymmetrical internal alkynes to construct silicon-stereogenic hydrosilanes poses significant challenges. This study presents a copper-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of internal alkynes and 1,3-diynes with dihydrosilanes that enables the synthesis of silicon-stereogenic vinylsilanes with high regio- and enantioselectivity. This methodology demonstrates broad substrate compatibility and provides facile access to chiral alkenylhydrosilanes via a simple Cu/(R,R)-Ph-BPE catalytic system.
