摘要
Abstract The temperature dependences of magnetization, M s , resistivity ϱ and anomalous Hall constant R 1 for amorphous Fe 1− x B x sputter films with various content of crystalline fraction f are investigated. The experimental results are compared with a very simple theoretical model. A conclusion has been drawn that even for small contents of crystalline fraction ( f ⩾ 5%) changes in temperature dependences of M s , ϱ, K 1 are non-negligible.
