On the Generality and Particularity of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection in Western China——In accordance with the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Law"

The new implemented Intangible Cultural Heritage sums up experiences about cultural heritage protection in our country during the past decades.The Law promotes the cultural heritage protection of China to a scientific,standardized and institutionalized period.In the new era,intangible cultural heritage protection of ethnic minorities in the western region of China should be carried out in accordance with the novel ideas drawing from the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law.The protective measures which are particularly suitable for the western region should also be actively explored.
