Effects of Carbosulfan on Chloethrip oryzae and Seedling Growth of Rice

Using 35% carbosulfan DS to treat rice seeds,and then the outdoor pot simulation experiments were conducted to test the control effect of 35% carbosulfan DS on Chloethrip oryzae in rice heart leaf.The results showed that the control effect of 35% carbosulfan DS on Chloethrip oryzae was significant and the persistent period was long,which when 16 days after applied 35% carbosulfan DS to rice seed with dosage of 4.0~8.0 g/kg,the control effect for rice heart leaf was 88.34% ~95.90%;when 26 days after applied 35% carbosulfan DS to rice seed with dosage of 8.0 g/kg,the control effect obviously decreased,but still over 75% for rice heart leaf.
