Advance on Productive Technology of Diphenyl Carbonate

The production technology of diphenyl carbonate was introduced,focusing on the three methods: phosgenation,phenol oxidative carbonylation and transesterification.The method of transesterification include the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with phenol,the transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol,and the transesterification of carboxylic acid ester with dimethyl carbonate.The use of raw materials and product of dimethyl carbonate with phenol transesterification reaction of the DPC were non-toxic,non-polluting,non-corrosive.The non-phosgene synthesis route of transesterification of dimethyl carbonate with phenol was the most industrialized prospects.
