The One-key Intelligent Steelmaking Technology for Ningbo Steel's No.3 Converter

This paper briefly introduced the main control fuction of Ningbo Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.(Ningbo Steel)'s computer steelmaking technology,process technology improvement and achievements.Through trial and error,the steelmaking plant of Ningbo Steel has realized its one-key intelligent steelmaking when its No.3 converter was put into production.As it constantly optimized the parameters for the computer steelmaking model,the steelmaking plant keeps raising its comprehensive management level and technological level.After a period of time,the No.3 converter's one-key intelligent steelmaking rate has reached 60%,and its carbon composition-temperature hit rate has reached 75%.
