摘要
In this study, Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films was fabricated using poly-vinyl alcohol (PVA).Vector Network Analyser was employed to comprehends the electromagnetic effect of ZnO in PVA in X-band frequency range (9-11.5GHz). PVA/ZnO films having different concentration of ZnO (1%, 2% and 4%) were made using solvent casting technique. Microwave and material characterizations of thin film were done for understanding the dielectrics and scattering parameters of the material. Dielectric constant varies from 0.98 to 1, for all ZnO concentration in the matrix. Also, the scattering parameters showed the dominant electromagnetic reflection properties of the material.
