摘要
This study provides a green and efficient extraction and purification process for PVTH. Through this process, PVTH with a purity of 65.42 % was prepared. Additionally, the study analyzed the composition of PVTH and conducted an in-depth investigation into its anti-inflammatory activity, mechanism of action, and in vivo anti-inflammatory efficacy. These results highlight the therapeutic potential of PVTH in inflammatory diseases and provide a basis for further research on P. vulgaris L. in fields such as cosmetics and functional foods.
