The Influence of Hericium Erinaceus Polysaccharide to the Antioxitation Capacity of Mice Serum

Polysaccharides in Hericium erinaceus were obtained using water extraction and ethanol precipitation methods.And the polysaccharides were assessed for preliminary studying the influence to the antioxitation capacity of mice serum.After studying the influence function of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide to the SOD,CAT,and MDA in mice serum,we detected that the Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides could obviously enhance the content of SOD and CAT in serum,and there was a positive correlation between the enhancement role and the polysaccharide dose.Meanwhile,the Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides could effectively reduce the content of MDA in mice serum,and there was a negative correlation between the reducement role and the polysaccharide dose.
