Development of video Multiplexer based on IC AL37219

Multiplexer is applied widely in the security of building,TV command center.This text introduces the solution of multiplexer,which is applied in the process at the front of the monitor,and can multi-display and detect the dynamic media objects.It is implemented by multiplexer process IC AL37219 and decoder AL240,and based on C51.
