摘要
Objective To explore the change of the cellular immune function with aging through detecting the levels of CD3~ + ,CD4~ + ,CD8~ + T-lymphocytes and the expression of CD28 on CD4~ + 、CD8~ + T cells in the peripheral blood. Methods Three-color fluorescent flow cytometry was used to analyze the percentage of peripheral blood T cell subsets in the young and elderly groups. Results CD3~ + ,CD8~ + CD28~ + ,CD8~ + T cells in the peripheral blood of the elderly group were significantly lower than those in the young group(P0.01 or P0.05), CD4~ + CD28~ - ,CD8~ + CD28~ - T cells in the peripheral blood of the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the young group(P0.01). Conclusions The expression of CD28~ + ,CD28~ - of the CD8~ + T cells and CD28~ - of the CD4~ + T cells in the peripheral blood are changed significantly with aging. The decreased CD28~ + expression and the increased CD28~ - expression of T cells play an important role in the immunosenescence, suggesting that CD4~ + CD28~ - ,CD8~ + CD28~ + , CD8~ + CD28~ - T cells may be potential biomarkers for evaluating immunosenescence.
