Study on the releasing rule in vitro multicomponent of the Zuojin gastric floating sustained-release tablet by fingerprints

Objective:To study the releasing rule in vitro multicomponent of the Zuojin gastric loating sustained-release tablet.Methods:Established HPLC Fingerprints of each time and the samples completely dissolved,and calculated the release rates of them in vitro.Evaluated the release behavior of the index components and preparation,and among the index components by f 2 method.Results:The f 2 of berberine and evodine,berberine and rutaecarpine were 35,37.The f 2 of berberine and preparation were 57.The f 2 of evodine and rutaecarpine was 58.The f 2 of evodine and preparation,rutaecarpine and preparation were 43,46.Conclusion:The release behavior of berberine was similar to preparation,but not similar to evodine and rutaecarpine.The release behavior of evodine was similar to rutaecarpine,but it was not similar to berberine and preparation.
