Translational edicine and research hospitals

Based on analyzing the connotations of translational medicine and research hospital,the relationship between the research hospital and translational medicine are discussed.combined with hospital practice,experiences on both promoting research hospital building and translational medicine research are analyzed.Suggestions which can be described as setting up translational medicine concept by emphasizing research hospital management concept,improving translational medicine development by building research hospital discipline system and promoting translational medicine development by strengthening human resources training.
