The preliminary study of in vitro cultural conditions of mycorrhizal fungi isolated from Dendrobium officinale

The growth status of mycorrhizal fungi isolated from Dendrobium officinale were studied in different culture conditions through the screening of temperature,light,pH value and carbon source.The result showed that the suitable light was 12 h and 12 h dark,the temperature was 25℃,the pH value was 6.5.when sucrose and glucose were used individually as the carbon source,the mycorrhizal fungi(001) grew in good condition.
