On Assistant Countermeasures for Bi Disadvantaged Students in Colleges

As an special group of college graduates,employment problems of bi disadvantaged students attract more attentions.Cause of study on employment difficulty of bi disadvantaged is to solve current employment problems.Investigation shows that economical and psychological factors exist in bi disadvantaged students.This paper analyzes self defects of bi disadvantaged students and puts forwards that colleges should do well in material support and mental assistant as well as correct guidance to avoid unfavorable consequences.
