摘要
To explore the temperature field distribution characteristics of a $\mathbf{1 0 k V}$ oil - immersed transformer, a multi physics field coupling finite - element model was established based on COMSOL Multiphysics, and the distribution law of the temperature field under the temperature rise changes at each point of the transformer was analyzed. The simulation results show that the hot - spot temperature of the transformer is located at 72% of the height inside the low - voltage winding. When the room temperature is 20°C, the hot - spot temperature distributions of the transformer operating for 2 hours, 6 hours, and 12 hours are 33°C, 46°C, and 5°C respectively. Among them, the temperature of the B - phase winding is the highest due to poor heat dissipation conditions. The finite - element simulation of the transformer field provides ideas for further temperature prediction.
