A Study of Phylogenetic Relationship of Pleurotus ferulae,Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus eryngii

The PCR amplified and cloned sequences of rDNA internal transcribed spacer(ITS) region of Pleurotus ferulae,P.nebrodensis and P.eryngii were analyzed.The results were as follows: the relationship of P.ferulae,P.nebrodensis and P.eryngii were close,especially between P.nebrodensis and P.eryngii,but P.ferulae,P.nebrodensis and P.eryngii were three different species.
