Relationship between Blood Uric Acid and Coronary Heart Disease:276 Cases Report

Objective:To explore the level of Blood Uric Acid and the relationship between Blood Uric Acid(UA)and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).Methods:The level of Blood Uric Acid and Serum Lipids were measured in 276 patients with various CHD and 170 healthy peoples,and study the relationship between them.Results:The level of UA in CHD group was different with that in healthy group(P0.05);there were no difference of UA levels among various CHD patients(P0.05).There was no correlationship between Serum Lipids and Blood Uric Acid.Conclusion:Blood Uric Acid may be the independent risk factors in CHD.
