On the Necessity of Study on the Cross Field of Administrative Law and Criminal Law

Although administrative law and criminal law are two separate legal fields basing on different principles,they still overlap and depend on each other in some fields,such as the normative content,the regulated object and the procedure.Study on the connection,reconciliation and reaction between administrative law and criminal law (including legislative relations and judicial relations ) is of great practical significance in the background of the widespread of self- enclosed research.
