This paper adopted Spectrophotometry method and used Ascorbic acid as standard contrast,determined the clearence effect of three kinds of acid of Phosphotungstic acid(H〔3P(W3O10)4〕.xH2O),Phosphomolybdicacid(H〔3P(Mo3O10)4),Silicotungsticacid(H〔4S(i W3O10)4〕.xH2O)to hydroxyl radical(.OH).The results showed that the EC50 of Ascorbic acid was 57.68mmol/L,and the EC50 of Phosphotungstic acid,Phosphomolybdic acid,Silicotungstic acid were 10.43 mmol/L,11.08 mmol/L and 6.08 mmol/L,and all the three kinds of Heteropoly acid had a better clearence effect to hydroxyl radical(.OH)than strong oxidants Vc.Then the scavenging effect was Silicotungstic acid Phosphotungstic acid Phosphomolybdic acid.
